Red Wine Oak Barrel Aged Red Ale - Mixed Fermentation Sour Red Ale 8.0% abv

Mixed fermentation beer. In the first phase it undergoes a regular fermentation as for all our beers, while in the second part it remained 3 years in ex-barriques of red wine. Intense notes of red fruits and cherry is the master, in the mouth sparkling and acidic, round with a slight bitterness on the finish. To be enjoyed sip after sip, alone or accompanied with good cheese.
